Pathways of Care
Pathways of Care is an annual survey carried out by Ipsos on behalf of the NSW Government about Children in Out-of-Home Care in NSW.
Qualitative research is undertaken by face-to-face meetings with participants, with a major part of the interview process being an interactive survey using an iPad.
The project involved a significant refresh of the UI and UX of the survey to elicit more interest and appeal to the wide-ranging audience of 7-16 year olds.
UX principles were implemented including gamification to help create a more involving experience that better suited the varied age groups that were involved.
